Savoir Fare - Castle Hill
We were very honored to be invited by Newport Harbor Corporation to the Entourage Savoir Fare on April 14th & 15th at Castle Hill Inn & Resort.
The wonderful experience offered such generous hospitality, from our initial greeting and Inns historic architectural tour. Our gorgeous overnight at the Harbor House was filled with fresh flowers from Stoneblossom, welcoming goodie bags and embroidered Helly Hanson sailing jacket for the pleasant surprise of a perfect boat ride on the PAM on our way to a delicious Rancho Zabacho wine tasting at 22 Bowens. The evening continued back to Castle Hill Chateau for an exceptional evening reception of cuisine and pairings.
Chef Rileys mornings farm to table rising breakfast was inspired by Farm Fresh RIs own local Sweet Berry Farm, the view overlooking the Narragansett bay was breathtaking. This was followed by a guided trolley tour of Newports unique venues hosted by Newport Hospitality stopping at a harbor side lunch at the Mooring Restaurant, always a delight.
It was a pleasure getting to know the entire team behind NHC. Many thanks to them for inviting us to this amazing event series. I cannot rave enough to my clients about this companys passion and commitment and I look forward to our growing relationship this year and in the upcoming seasons.
Our Compliments to the Entourage Team and Celebrity Chefs at NHC!

Detail of the week - wedding welcome baskets
For those of you having near or far destination weddings, out-of-town guests, or just a weekend long party, don't forget that welcome baskets can be a great opportunity to not only carry your wedding theme and color scheme throughout the weekend but provides a great opportunity to introduce family and friends to your favorite things and hobbies, local flavors and attractions or the particular importance of the destination of your big event! They don't have to be expensive-you can pick up the materials at most local supply stores, and you can fill it with whatever you want - maybe your wedding is at a vineyard and you want to include the local wine with customized labels or perhaps you're having a beach wedding and want to include flip flops, and boardwalk candies. Create yours to reflect not only the wedding theme, but also the location and your distinct personalities!

Happy Easter! So this holiday always makes me think of one of my favorite things, CHOCOLATE!
And when it come to events…….you’ve seen them, they're tall and mesmerizing and you don't really get beyond the actual flowing fountain when you see it. You just want to dip something in it -
Chocolate Fountains!
we must say it isn't all about the fountain; it's ALL ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE - YUM!

Wedding Etiquette
How to Word Your Wedding Invitation
With today's complex family structures and new models of marriage, deciding how to word a wedding invitation (or reply card or save the date card) can be daunting. Gone are the days when the bride's parents hosted the wedding and therefore issued the invitation. Today, invitations are issued by a variety of parties: from the couple themselves to one or more of the parents (who may be divorced, remarried, widowed, etc.).
Gone, too, are the days when there was only one accepted way to word a wedding invitation. Many invitations today are more informal or emotive, and that is perfectly fine.
Regardless of what wording you choose, just remember to make sure that guests have all the pertinent information, including:
• Who: Couple's names
• What: The wedding
• When: Date and time
• Where: Ceremony location and reception location, if different from the wedding ceremony
A map or directions card is also recommended, as well as a list of any weekend events, if applicable.
